We are looking for a supplier quality assurance within the perpetual contract (CDI) framework at our production site based in Sowanol Ambry.

Purpose and mission:
Present and understand customer feedback to all suppliers
Support all suppliers and guide them towards excellence by implementing the methodologies and tools recommended by Saffron.
Ensuring the quality and compatibility of the products and services that the company purchases and / or offers

Main activities:
Participate in the group supplier selection process by conducting audit and evaluation missions
We support our suppliers in the industrialization of our products.
-Provide supplier support in understanding client, program, and group requirements
-Become a guarantor for the industrial verification process
Guarantee the supplier’s quality assurance process.
-Participate in supplier selection
-Check the configuration of the quality assurance plan (system, product, transfer) by the supplier
-Plan and perform appropriate monitoring actions on the supplier
-Guarantee the handling of system, process, and product anomalies until the validity of the action is proven.
-Make sure the supplier is in control of the Tier 2 supplier
Measure and improve supplier performance:
-Set indicators to measure supplier quality performance levels according to group evaluation
-Provide buyers with the ability to pass on non-quality costs to suppliers
-Make sure the progress plan is implemented with the supplier
-Promote the tools and methods Saffron offers among suppliers
-Identify and perform the required training actions with the supplier
