Educational projects as an economic impetus for Normandy as a whole

Training is the driving force of economic development and stimulates the vitality of the community … for those who use it. The Normandy region understands this well and has supported organizational and corporate initiatives throughout the region for several years.

The challenges are many and the initiatives are diverse … the people in the field know what they need better than anyone else. Given their opportunity, their training initiative will be better suited to their situation than any project that parachutes from elsewhere.

Currently, the Communiotic Network has 110 members (training organizations, CFA, prescribers, OPCOs, consultants, researchers, universities) and 600 members.

In recent years, about 50 Norman structures have been revolutionized with digital technology in pedagogy or orientation. Here are some of their initiatives. This is a model for other regions.

    The SPOC (Small Private Online Course) is based on the MOOC “Renovation Operations and How to Make Your Site Successful” provided on the mooc-batiment-durable.fr website by the FAB21 formation and AI environment.
